Welcome to Registration for Spring 2025!

We are thrilled that your daughter is interested in playing lacrosse this Spring!

ABGYL is part of the Founders Girls Lacrosse League (FGLL), which includes towns such as Concord, Natick, Needham, Newton, Sudbury, Wayland, Wellesley, Weston.

FGLL does it's best to schedule an even amount of Home and Away games; Away match-ups are typically within 30 mins of Acton.

Participants will be grouped by grade level: 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8. ABGYL typically has two even teams per level. FGLL does not support an "A" and "B" model of teams.

Practice for all town teams is 2x per week with a game on Sundays.

Important Dates:

Preseason

Preseason begins in March with weekly Indoor Training at Teamworks in Acton.

Teams are announced at the end of Preseason.

In-Season

Teams move outside for practice at the end of March or beginning in April. For those new to the sport of lacrosse, there will be loaner equipment available to borrow. The league must know ahead of time if your daughter plans to use a stick and/ or goggles. Mouth guards will need to be purchased.
